Exactly! And Steve Merchant said that he liked doing Wheatleys voice and the fans reaction to Wheatley, and that he would definitely return for a sequel! Maybe its a hint?

I think it is, especially considering the joy of Glados' voice actress doing her part as well. And for the fact that there were many clues and stuff during the game that could only be explained either by more comics (like the lab rat one) or through another game. I do have an odd feeling though that it will all go into Half Life 3
