im quite happy with how these turned out! i plan to make most of them into seperate pictures. this was done by hand, and then digitally put onto that background. most of them will become Ty, but at least one will be for someone's contest prize.i searched raven on google and used all the pics there for help with the anatomy. just saying.

Ravens and crows are one of my favourite birds along with secretary birds, and pigeons oddly enough

OH my gosh I love PIGEONS! Did you know that they aren't fat, there fat-looking bodies are actually mostly muscle? Pretty cool if you ask me. They have a lot of strength for such little creatures! Also they are one of the few birds that produce milk! Learned this from a kid show, but found it so interesting! HAHAHA! Sorry...I got excited!
I think owls are my favorite type of birds thou, they are so cute! They come in all shapes and colors too! lol

Pigeons are amazing aren't they? 
My favourite part about owls would have to be the way they have feathers on their legs. I love the way it makes their feet look so fluffy haha And you know how they can turn their heads almost completely around? Well apparently its possibly because the spinal cord in their necks has a larger hollow in it so the blood flow doesn't get cut off. There is also a reservoir type thing for blood at the top of their necks. Without these adaptions they would pass out when they turned their heads that far around
Have you heard of the surperb bird of paradise? It looks so amusing when it dances
