Him as a wheezing may need to patch around the rough edges but he'll look like a babby so long as he smooths it out...

Just don't look at the details of the original pokemon, only what sticks out and shows that the pokemon is such (aka I don't make via my Charmeleon angry, she looks sweet and open)

Heck venonat in game doesn't have two plush fur pieces at the top but  wisp does...so yah experiment with science things and art stuff to make him adorkable as a weezing
