I, myself, can't speak Russian fluently, but he can. 
I took one class in Russian, but I've forgotten most of it XD

But not a whole lot. 

I also took a Japanese language class and two years of German. 
But, I can barely remember any of it :T

Mainly because I didn't keep studying it afterwards, I'm sure OTL

I'm so glad we had the option for Spanish /or/ German in my high school XD
I never had any urge to learn spanish :'P

It's a big ball of Blasphemy :y

But, I'm not religious like such, so.. XD
