Just a little practice drawing my OC Tsuky with colour pencils in my new *Cannson* sketch book ;D, the Prismacolor doesn't look really good on this paper, but if U mix it whit a blender-marker it adds so much smoothness to the strokes!

Materials: Ink, pencil, Prismacolor, markers and blender on Cannson paper, and some Photoshop...

Those blending markers are awesome, aren't they?
I've tried both Canson and Strathmore papers. I prefer the Strathmore.

Sketch paper is ok, but actual drawing paper is a bit thicker. I've noticed that Strathmore is just a bit smoother. They're both good though, in my opinion. I like bristol the best so far, but I like a really smooth paper. Bristol is like working on card stock.
Yep, the blending pens are great! They do tend to smudge though.

oh really?, well about the smoothers paper, I just know about the opaline paper, I need to try that bristol U're thalking about, sounds cool
