So anyone who has seen Phelous will recognize this character from his review of Goodtimes' Beauty and the Beast. It was a cash in movie designed to capitalize on the Disney film. This guy is Beauty's father and he's a morainic jackass who give his daughter to the beast after picking a rose and leaves her there to die.Hyheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!

I've started to wonder if the merchant from "Beauty and the Beast" is also the miller from "Rumplestiltskin." Both men basically sell their daughters to save their own asses, and Beauty did have two sisters. Imagine it: "Well Cecilia, you said you wanted lost of gold, so you'll spin it yourself! As for you Beauty, you'll get your Rose, and a castle and a beast to go with it!"
