THIS PICTURE CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR THE ENDING OF POKEMON MYSTERY DUNDEON GATES TO INFINITY!The memorable scene from the Hill of Universal order. Ivy and Hydreigon are attempting to rewrite the law of the Pokemon world so that Evan can return to their world. Hydreigon asks Evan if he wishes to return. To which Evan says yes wishing with all his heart.
You also have the option to never return. Let me ask, who would choose that? Its not like your sacrificing anything by saying yes. You get the ability to travel between both world with ease and you get to see your Pokemon friends again. Its a win win scenario!
I am sorry for the horrible quality of this drawing. The original picture was far too big for the scanner, I had to put two separate scans together.

If u said no in this scenario then YOU ARE A HEARTLESS PERSON! your partner RISKED HIS LIFE to give you the chance to come back and THE CAVE IS COLLAPSING FROM THE STRAIN OF THE WISH! they would most likely DIE if u said no and u would be left feeling empty that u done such a BITTER COLD THING!

I like how Hydreigon completely smashes the fourth wall in this particular scene. That was some much-needed laughter after the ending.

I actually thought of saying no and put a trollface on the computer. (But that would kill the moment and I love the Snivy line, so why not? Besides, I'd kill to see that lovable Hydreigon again. <3) xD

I actually hit no and yes in that order on my first time, and noticed some strange things...
A heart beat starts looping when you hit NO the first time, and after hitting YES, it gets faster before the cave zooms out, and then you hear a loud crash sound effect... Then it says that you never returned, and it leads to the bad ending, which sends you back as if nothing happens. I find it interesting that you could kill your partner AND hydreigon this way, since a crash sound effect is heard after choosing to not go back.

Well the Hill of Universal Order was on the verge of collapse.
So basically with the bad ending its like saying "Screw you I'm never coming back, and your going to die now good bye." What a heartless thing to do. >

'You' say no and the partner and Hydreigon dies
Hydreigon comes back and tells people what happened
They all get depressed that their fabled hero is a complete dick
All the depression creates another bittercold and the whole fiasco starts over

If you recall Hydreigon died to Kyurem once before. So I don't think it would be an issue for him to come back. Your partner however not so much.

No, that was just his physical form, and he revives it later and joins your team, (much to my delight, because he's just so lovable and one of the best characters I've seen in video games in a while) but if the Hill of Universal Order is destroyed along with them both... O_O

I meant the time he said that he dies for reals if the world is destroyed, and if the Hill of Universal Order is destroyed, and it keeps the UNIVERSE in balance... see what I'm saying?

Yes that's true but Hydreigon did say that the distortion created at the Hill of universal order wouldn't be strong enough to destroy the entire world, which means even if the Hill collapsed it wouldn't destroy the world.

Considering how the WHOLE CAVE collaspes, I think he may actually die for good if you say no, or at least be trapped.

Yeah... But still, kinda surprised that they put death in this game. TWICE. Along with tons of implied suicidal mentions (Like munna saying how she wants to disappear since she "can't do it herself") makes this a dark game.
