He wears plastic slippers because he is not of the other era. xD (Thought that would be the best way to show it.)*scratches* not in a typeative mood atm.. o_o;
So I'll just say I'm quite pleased with the print patterns. ^^ None of them are referenced so they left me with quite a surprise. It's the closest I'll probably get to owning 'my own print studio' T-T; *dreaming~~*

note to Okashi: Hehe, sorry~ I'm such a cheat. ^^ For you I wanted to keep Yaya's original hair colour but it turned out that a colder colour suited the drawing better. I also chose this older (more masculine) look for some odd reason~ *forgets*;A; (perhaps too much influence from films) the top half is the oldest in the series of sketches- later returned to finish it off because it seemed the most yakuza-ish. Yeyy for Yakuza <3 ^^ Also hope you don't mind the tattoo~ It's fairly uncreative of me (eep) should've just gone with yours. ;_;

Holy shit! You did this amaaazingly! Oh geesh don't worry about hair color! His hair is actually naturally black so it just looks amazing and like his natural hair color! Honostly you could have made it bright pink and done all this and it would still look amazing! Aah it's so pretty! And his tattoo looks great! Shoot, I wouldn't wish drawing my version of his tattoo on anyone! My versions really fake!! You did an awesome hardcore yakuza version! He looks so cool and manly awesome =3=! Thank you so much!

And the colours are always improvised. Sometimes they start off as a mood in the mind that I would like to express or communicate. Sometimes a colour I feel like using/or feel I should use. Sometimes neither of this- just keep switching till something looks right. xD In this case, it's the last one- but it seems to carry some sort of 'masculine power' message in the end anyway, lol.

haha~ xD Actually, I really love bright colours the most~~ but this tone sometimes suits my work or feelings better(?). Hopefully I am working toward this idealistic pallette i have in my mind..... But otherwise switching around is quite fun.
