For those who don't know, there was a recent shooting on the Trans Day of Remembrance at a gay bar over at Colorado Springs. In the aftermath of the event, the shooter's attorney claimed they the shooter identifies as non-binary.

For those of you guys with a brain, you'll know that this was a big tacky excuse. Marginalized people can be hateful against their own group.

And the far right is literally using this excuse to try to invalidate the shooter's actions. They also invalidated the term "non-binary", yet the moment a literal murderer who took 5 lives identified as one, it's apparently real now!? Doesn't make sense.

I am not invalidating non-binary identities btw. I am trying to point how the fact the Club Q shooter claiming they're non-binary isn't nothing more, nothing less, than a lame excuse to undermine their actions.
