Hello there. Based on DIY overwatch lore discussions: character A was forced to capture character B. hostage-taking, sorta.
They were friends once upon a time - but boom, character B gone totally wild for some reasons, and made THINGS (terrible THINGS)
so character A is really salty. and sad. and salty.
