I finally gave this OC some colours! 'Bout time to!! I think I'm gonna name her Harley, she was inspired by the songs form the Worlds Greatest Showmen (Brilliant movie I highly recommend you watch it)And before some of you start commenting on this, yes, I am aware that some of my drawings do have some white pixel outline on them, I am trying to fix it but I'm still learning about all the tools on FireAlpaca.

Sorry if this inconvenient, but do you have any tips for finding a good color scheme?
I can usually never find a color scheme that works and I was wondering if you knew anything that could help?

Hmm, well, I can't guarantee that my advice is top notch gold star advice, but usually when I try to find a color scheme for a character I tend to think more on what there personality could be like. For example: say you have a character that is fun, bubbly and very happy 24/7, if you're making a character like that then I would suggest using bright colours, perhaps infancy the brightness of them to make them look better on the character. But say if you're going to have a character that is smart, strive and uptight, I would suggest sticking to more blank colours, such as: blacks, blues, greys and maybe even a little bit of yellow here and there.

If you're using the bucket tool, you should expand the amount of pixels it colors to avoid the white spaces. Thickening the outline could as well prevent the white online from happening.
