it looks like an HDR, because of the colours, well that's really awesome, used any filters??

these colors come from the cross-process, blue/yellow tones. Then I boosted the other colors, especially red.
No HDR, no filter at all! quite simple!

I love the way perspective works in this picture. You can only see a little corner of the fairground, but you can immediately tell there's much more of it and that the line of rides will go on into the distance. All the lights and machinery and gaudiness contrasts with the clouds really well: I love how you can only see the top of the ride on the left. It's also great how there are no people in the picture (or is that a guy in a fluorescent jacket on the right?), when it's a show designed to attract people and attention and all that.
