Glad you like it, I spent a fair while messing around with the glow effect on the heart.
I used some references whilst drawing it - you remember me getting pictures of him at school? - this is what it was for.
The idea just kinda sprang at me.

He appears episode 3, the first three episodes are just introducing you to all the 'pairs' of weapon and meister. So its Maka and Soul in the first, Black Star and Tsubaki in the second, Death the Kid and the Thompson Sisters in the third
