Personality:

The symbol of purity and grace. An absolutely perfect and divine being with no flaws! Don't even bother looking for them. Totally doesn't have any. He has the habit of being incredibly impulsive, and has a large ego to boot. I mean, he is higher than everyone else, isn't he? He's an angel. You can't doubt his authority.

Kicked out of the heavens due to his stuck-up behavior and bad habit of making decisions on his own.

He's now currently serving a minor god known as Aryuu, the God of Lilypad's Tides.

Other:

Powers:
- Can fly and levitate. Mainly seen slithering, however.
- Has subpar light magic that's only really effective against shadow creatures. Against other creatures, it mainly just illuminates areas for a temporary amount of time or can temporarily blind people similar to a flashbomb of sorts. To use this magic, he creates a ball of light in his hands, and launches it off at whatever he's trying to hit.
- He also possesses the ability to manipulate lightning and plasma.
- When using his powers, his pitch black body takes a yellow glow that kinda looks like a mini galaxy, and his angelic wings and halo take a bright glow. His eyes also glow.
- His body glows with ambient light.
- He can duplicate his hands into up to 7 pairs, or put his hands away to just look like an asparagus.
- He speaks via some sort of telepathy. His actual mouths are incapable of speech.
- Due to this, he can communicate in and understand almost any language.
- Being made of liquid, he can melt into a puddle of his own substance either to hide among other things. Downside to this, when he falls apart, he quite literally falls apart.
- Can shapeshift, but doesn't. He wants to be a Divine Angel at all times, no matter how impractical it is and how many floors he needs to lick.
- Can phase into a celestial form in order to teleport and phase through walls. When using this ability, his body becomes misty and undefined, glowing with yellow sparkly smoke.
- Additionally, in his celestial form, a misty yellow chain appears, connected to his current god. It isn't physically connected, only spiritually connected. Only people with the ability to detect auras can see it, and only when he's using his teleportation powers.
- He can turn invisible. He doesn't do it much for similar reasons to the shapeshifting thing.
- He can store objects in a small pocket world, and summon them at any time he desires.

Design Notes:
- His body is created out of the darkest substance imaginable, almost like a black hole or a really tacky professional paint. Light doesn't shine on him. It's very goopy and thick, almost like maple syrup but without the stickiness. Maybe kinda like pudding. Pudding man.
- You can stick your hand right into and through his body if you try hard enough.
- He slithers around on his tongue much like a snake. This also means he tastes the floor constantly, so uh... make sure your floors taste good.
- He has two and a half mouths: one that makes up his "dress", and one, hidden mouth, placed vertically across his face. The mouth on his face is similar to a venus fly trap, sort of. It has large white teeth, and, when fully open, splits his entire face in two. It's quite horrifying, and has the force to bite through almost any material as if it were butter.
- The eyes on his skirt constantly grow and shrink, changing sizes and locations very, very slowly and randomly. They move almost like bubbles in a boiling pot, but much, much slower and with more drift.
- His halo is always leaning to one side above the highest point in his body. If he's upside down, for example, his halo will ring around his butt. It's great.
- Tears and drool are all golden-tinted.
- All of his eyes are functional. Yes, it hurts him if you poke them.
- Stop thinking about poking them.

Behavior Notes:
- Always strives for perfection, and believes he can't do wrong. I mean... he can't, can he?
- A total neat freak who has the compulsive need to organize and order everything in the area.
- "What do you mean I'm abusing my powers I don't abuse anything"
- Comes off as overconfident. Way too overconfident.
- Will realize he's wrong halfway through an argument, but will still keep arguing

Other Notes:
- Voice shifts from a posh and angelic accent to something a lot more brash and... human, depending on mood and tone. He sounds like a girl, but not enough like a girl to say that he's a girl. ...Think a deeper Rarity from MLP mixed with a bit of high-pitched panic. His vocal range is insane.
- Currently is wandering along side Aryuu, his god.
