What's weird to me about this is that when I watched it myself, it was in 2000, and it was a horrible quality horribly translated fansub, and I remember the monologue Kaioshin gave a LITTLE differently. For one thing, it started out with him saying that it took place long ago when "the Earth" only just started walking on its own two feet. And of course it should have said something like that it was in a time when the ancestors of modern humans had just started walking on 2 feet. Deciphering that fansub was like solving a riddle. So the way I remember it, it's kind of hard to make it actually funnier than it was originally, even if you try, it was kind of a parody of itself.
