Magic: In his travels, Aravind has picked up on Wind magic. It's still fairly weak, but he can make a refreshing gust or two, and make light objects float a few feet.

Personality: Aravind comes off as very laid back and irresponsible, even lazy, but really, he's just curious about the world around him, and is in no mood to settle down. He's very passionate and strong-willed, letting nothing save for the hands of the Goddesses stop him from living his life how he wishes. Aravind is rather good company, as he always has a story or hair-brained scheme. He has no problem being the brunt of people's jokes, and just smiles pleasently and cracks his own joke.
However, once he's away from other humanoids, he becomes quite serene and wistful, just enjoying the peace and quiet.

History: Aravind was born and raised in Kakariko Village (TP). From an early age, Aravind had a tendancy to wander. In his infancy, he would often be seen toddling away from his cradle, until some adult would fetch him up and return him, with a great deal of protest from the small boy. This continued through to puberty, when his wandering became a serious problem.
His parents, the former owners of the Kakariko Shop (later occupied by Malo), tried to convince their son that his place was there, in the shop. Not wishing to displease his parents, he would obediantly stay and mind the shop. But as soon as his shift was over, he would bolt out the door and run off, going further and further each time.
Aravind's excursions took him up Death Mountain, and into Hyrule Field. When he became too familiar with these areas, he started devising ways to extend his trips.
Eventually, Aravind's aging parents quit the business and moved to Castle Town, hoping for an easier life. Their only mistake was leaving the store in Aravind's care. He remained in Kakariko for several months after they left, but one evening, just a few weeks before Zant's attack on the realm of Light, Aravind packed up all that was most precious, and some of the remaining stock, leaving without a word.
Any rupees that had been made in his months as manager were sent to his parents, along with an apologetic note, telling them he was likely to never return to Kakariko. But he swore he would send whatever treasures he came across directly to them, not wishing his family to starve on his account.
Since then, Aravind has travelled far and wide, with naught but the clothes on his back and a few essentials. And true to his word, he still sends any rupees he finds to his elderly parents.
