Even tho Fallout world looks so retro it's from alternate universe, but also from future. I wanted to make this custom bus I've modded myself fit for the universe. So I guess It was supposed to be introduced at Las Vegas Tomorrow Expo in 2078. But someone came up with idea of selling few of them into each big US city as a advertisement for the expo itself. But the bombs that changed the world forever all fell it late 2077, so the expo never really took place.
