kdajsf ahhh thank you so much for all your comments, Arcedemius, I'm sorry that I haven't replied to all of them but know that I appreciate each and every one!!

as for the story behind this pic, the credit goes to (whose character is the girl). The general gist is that it's a sort of spinoff of little red riding hood. In this case, the girl befriends the wolf (rather than becoming his meal) due to various circumstances, and ends up residing with the wolf for some time....which would have been fine, except for the fact that she lives in the woods with her father, the huntsman. You can probably imagine, once his daughter goes missing for some time, amidst rumors of a Wolf frequenting the countryside, that the huntsman becomes anxious..and so he sets off into the woods with his trusty rifle, in search of his beloved daughter. 

Commence the fateful confrontation between the wolf and the huntsman, who is fully convinced that the wolf has devoured his daughter - raising his rifle, he aims to kill the beast; likewise, the wolf prepares to rip the huntsman apart. 

At the crucial moment (of course), the Girl appears to stop the dreadful fight, flinging herself in front of the Wolf. Her father, both horrified by the Wolf and understandably shaken by the events, yells for his daughter to move aside - but she doesn't listen. The Wolf is none-too-pleased with intervention of the Huntsman, and sets about to make this much clear, pushing the girl aside; the Huntsman in high tension shouts and fires at the Wolf--

but the bullet misses its intended target. 

The Girl is bleeding…..

The huntsman cannot believe his own eyes - can't even move when the Wolf lets out an indignant howl, picks up the girl and carries her away from his sight.

and well….then you get to this scene

omg thank you for the long story - that was perfect for the scene and sums up just about what i'd imagined (minus the huntsman being her father - that was a new twist for me) and omg, thank you so much

Hehe, yeahhh there's a story! My friend came up with the idea initially, it's based loosely off of Red Riding Hood, but the plot/chars are tweaked. I'm in the process of writing it out properly
