This was taken in the Magnolia Tree in my front yard. The birds seem to love this tree because it is always full of birds unlike the rest of the trees in the neighborhood.Cropped and touched up. Original is here: [link]

Thanks, and no it is not. I completely understand the whole flying away thing as I get it all of the time. I go to this park that is all nature trails and trying to seek up on Blue bird, sparrows, and Northern Flickers is hard to do. I am planning on going out this week and trying to get a photo of the white egret that lives out among a bunch of Great Blue Herons. It is out by our lake and even though I have seen people over in the area they are at, I am not sure people are supposed to be. So when I go i am hoping not to end up in jail...Sorry fo0r my long and late reply.
