Ethnicity: Indian
Nationality: Japan? Earth? (I always get these kinds of things confused)
Age: 29
Height: 5’10”
Weight: 136 lbs.
Occupation: world-class hobo-chef
Personality: Very blunt/honest, loopy, “generous”; Azukin isn’t actually generous. He is a nomad who travels where he wants, when he wants, and prefers to carry around as little as possible, so the result in him giving away material items makes him seem generous. He dresses simply, but effectively, and doesn’t have much pizzazz until it comes to cooking…
Notable features: Sleepy eyes, scraggly hair/ facial hair, long torso, mumbles a lot, lanky, attracts strays, wears stones for gages
Abilities as a chef: Mainly a pastry chef, he specializes in simple dishes that give that sort of “homemade” feeling. You know, comfort food. Don’t underestimate him, though, because he can still whip up a mean culinary concoction of top notch quality. He just prefers the more humble route.
Bio: Azukin was born in Japan, but when he was about 3, his family moved around various towns in Great Britain. He first discovered that he loved cooking when he was accidentally signed up for a home economics class in Highschool. Soon after Graduation, he left home and began to trek across the continent. He sailed to Spain and moseyed to France. He swayed over to Germany and hobbled across Russia. Along the way he made friends with many of the homeless yokels who were kind enough to share shelter. In return for their kindness, he would buy fresh ingredients and whip up a beautiful meal for them. Though, he would feel guilty after wards, knowing that they would live on with empty stomachs. He usually earns his money by returning stray pets.
Azuki's anemia makes him tired. He tends to sleep 18 hours or more. Though, when he does get up, he finds himself unexplainably energetic. This rush lasts for about four hours before he begins to slow down. He keeps going until he eventually collapses from exhaustion. Certain symptoms Azuki suffers from include (but is not limited to) restless leg syndrome, malaise (the feeling of being ill), and the occasional dyspnoea/dyspnea (shortness of breath). His symptoms seem to be calmed when he is either cooking or eating (but return soon after he is finished).
Likes: Praise, simplicity, travel, animals, prayer, friends, finishing things, strays, cooking, eating, honesty
Dislikes: details (but will work on them anyway), fame, conflict
