I had already run out of potion-y things by the time I'd gone after Zulf so... there was less chugging and more "OW. OW. OW. OWWWWW."

I so very much the Kid in the lower right back on my play-through.
I felt bad about the missing out on one of the most emotional moments of the game by trying to calculate out how much health I had left, just so I could time out when I had to drink the potions. I was so glad when they stopped shooting, I couldn't even figure out WHY until my new game plus.
Heh. Should've know better that the devs wouldn't kill me so close to the end.

Dude I know what you mean, I was running low on potions and so i was trying to calculate when i really needed to drink it, what route to take, how long the cover would last, etc. What really made that scene for me was when that spearman took out the crossbow gunner; that was just the most amazing thing.

I rationed my potions too, but I was resigned to the idea that it was pretty much out of my hands from then on (can't break barriers with the battering Zulf), so I watched it.
