I've been messing with this character all summer in the little spare time I had, and drew this to practice coloring stuff properly.I thought about the kinds of plasmids that the enemies use and I noticed that, aside from evident physical changes, the good citizens of Rapture seem to limit themselves to just ice, fire and teleport, while the protagonists eventually grow to become some kind of surrealist, elemental demigod in the span of a day.
Worst of all, no splicer seems to appreciate bee-throwing powers which in my opinion is the funniest ability ever.
So this guy would be some kind of Houdini splicer with the plasmid combo teleport/camouflage and insect swarm.
He's got mad bee acne and hides it in his coat. [link]

His pose on the right drawing as well as his crazed face reminds a bit me of the old Phantom of the opera movie by universal.

Withe Houdini splicers love the way they create a scary image to themselves as to being anywhere where you aren't looking and even more scary is being overwhelmed by the bee swarm and not being able to see where your firing.
Clever and definitely creative work with your splicer, you took the time to make a classy man into the a monster and even the way he's hunched over and holding his coat, you think your in for more stings just being face to face with him.

shweet pic matey, i can just imagine running into that guy in bioshock while running around a corner and him screaming about the buzzing (The Noise, The Noise!) before pulling back his waistcoat to reveal the source of his unease.

Looks too much like a regular zombie to me. Maybe show parts of his "bee acne" or add infections, nasty wounds and bandages in general. Like here:

Of course you shouldn't just copy that concept art, just be inspired by it a bit.

I had another pic that worked with that (a whole, nasty chest full of bee acne), but I didn't post because it was unfinished and ugly still. I'll try to add it later if I have time. I couldn't really nail down the "melty" look that splicer's faces have but I'll work on it.
