Yeah, I don't know what this is. I was sketching away tonight and out come this weird lookin' chick with her big eyebrows pointing at me. I thought it was rather rude of her to be honest.I think she's on a spaceship or a submarine or something from the goofy background I did.
She looks gruff... Like she pilots the spaceship or the submarine. We'll say she's the spaceship pilot. There. I like that.

HA. I'd say that's the best interpretation I've seen yet.
It is NOT the lens filter effect, actually. It's a kind of complex series of textures, color overlays and a few screened colors as well.
