Personality - Shy, unsure of himself and with very low self confidence. He hardly trusts others and prefers staying alone rather than with people. He can have many prejudices, and is very gullible most of the time, but still always wary of his surroundings and those around him. Difficult to approach without him trying, or at least wanting, to run away.

Bio - Once a normal human, he was chosen randomly out of the population of his hometown to be the guinea pig of a DNA mutation experiment, which should have given him immunities against rare illnesses, more endurance and stamina, and "other wonderful traits" as the scientists themselves told him. Although he wasn't willing to be used as a laboratory animal, he was forced to get experimented on.
The scientists didn't tell him what kind of DNA they would have merged with his, and being the experiment itself an overall failure, Del was changed much more than how he should have.
He was kept in laboratories for months, with the scientists experimenting daily on him to check if he gained new abilities, but uselessly.

Considered a failed experiment, and thus a monster, he was to be put down, but he managed to escape with a newly gained strength and psychic power triggered by both anger and fear.
After escaping, he hid for months, until he found a group of other refugees, Ares and Kieran among them. He's still considering whether to join their group or not.

+ Very good hearing.
+ Strong sight, he sees well in the dark too.
+ Much stronger than an average human.
+ Psychic powers allow him to read minds and feel what he calls "auras".
- Short attention span. He can be attracted by lights sometimes.
- If one of his wings gets ripped or damaged, it can't recover.
- The device on his arm has been implanted to keep control over his status, illnesses and powers. Since he escaped, his psychic powers destroyed the device and it's now pretty much useless.

And figures that this guy started out as a Delcatty/Mothim hybrid. XD;;;
