Oh god it's been a while since I've done a descent full body
like ref's don't count, I mean actual shading and descent scar drawing.
THAT SCAR ON HER NOSE, I DESERVE PRAISE IT TOOK ME LIKE 12 TUTORIALS AND AN HOUR OF CRYING TO MAKE IT LOOK SEMI-REALISTIC--
aaaaanywaaay...here's the a good quality drawing of Penelope
I'm proud of the way she came out
jfc that tail was worse than the scar
I'll make her a decent ref one of these days

In fact, this drawing doesn't lack anything at design and first impression, she's lovely!
The lineart, looks pretty neat and well done! But have you ever try to give color to it? It gives a nice touch to drawing like this, and it's easy pie: Just create a new layer above the lineart one, use clipping group and go!
Now I'm getting a bit strict... Shadows.
You forgot to shade her chest, the P necklace and the green belt at her right.
Also, I see you shade using black. For here white hair and her tail they are ok, but maybe her trousers, you could have shade with a darker blue or violet instead. Same I could say about her jumper, but that dark red you used really fits with black shading. Her skin though, you could have use some reddish orange or brown. I use a reddish orange and a little bit of purple on the darkest parts. As for the tail, those darker shadows, you should have blurried them a bit.
But not everything it's bad about shading; her hair looks magnificent! and her face it's no less!
I might have gone a little bit too deep about the shading, but in fact, I really like this drawing, you really did a good job! Plus, I see some huge improvement since your last drawing, so congrats!!

Before I critique this I have one thing to say: SHE IS SO CUTE!!!! Like I know nothing about her but she just looks like such a sweetie!
Okay, now that I got that out I do say that you have a very lovely style! One of the main things that drew me into your piece was her eyes. Their design and color are a very good point of interest here.
And that scar on her nose looks awesome! I can see the dedication and time put into it!
She has a very nice figure, and her hair style is perfect!
The style in her tail is very interesting, and really goes along with her outfit!
Also the color of her skin compliments the color of hair and tail.
This is a very nice piece!
