Pokemon:  ☆Emolga , the Sky-Squirrel Pokemon
            It glides using its cape-like membrane. Electrical energy scatters from it, shocking its friends and foes alike. It grills berries and bug Pokémon with electric shocks and makes a meal of them.

Ability: Static - The Pokémon is charged with static electricity and may paralyze attackers that make direct contact with it.

Moveset:

NUZZLE  - The user attacks by nuzzling its electrified cheeks against the target. This also leaves the target with paralysis.
- Born from a long line of electric types, this move was a given and just like the rest of the family on his mother's side, so come the boons of mild-paralysis. He just wants to nuzzle. TICKLE - The user tickles the target into laughing, lowering its Attack and Defense stats.
- This baby boy loves to hug and has wriggly fingers, arms and legs. He might stumble upon someone's ticklish spots by accident.

Personality:
Mild Nature - Highly Curious

The boy views the world with curious eyes, always under the well-protective care under his mother. He's not as outgoing as his mom but seems to warm easily enough to those she trusts and brings around him often. He's still developing his personality so time will tell how that changes for him.

History:
And so he was born. A few hours well before the Yuletides would ring bright, but a wonderful Christmas present for the new mom nonetheless.

Loves her little gremlin to bits and pieces. She wants to show him the entire world as much as she wants to protect him, so he's just about glued to her hip.

It appears in towns and plays with the children. Drampa will protect kids when they're in danger, so their moms don't have to worry. If a child it has made friends with is bullied, Drampa will find the bully's house and burn it to the ground.

Fun Facts:
His eyes are a near copy to Yuli's, down to the Alolan Raichu sectoral heterochromia with blue on top and gold below.
He has her cheeksacs and dimples but the nose and freckles are most likely from the donor.
Similar to Yuli, once he learns to use his electricity well the cheeksacs will "glow" stronger
He's a hugger and a clinger, just like static cling!
The membrane that Emolga use to glide is capable of shrinking into the side of his body when not in use.
However, considering he's an infant, the membrane isn't fully developed and won't be strong enough for actual flight for a good while.
Sleeps with a stuffed Pink Mantyke squishmallow, Yuli nicknamed it "Peaches".
It's strongly advised to have paralysis heal and Cheri berries on hand when handling him.
Seems to like Jazz and R&B music as he easily falls asleep to it.
