.......yeah....Nigel has hair. This was inspired by Allie-Twig's pic of Nigel finally growing a few pieces of hair...so, why not a full head of it?
And it looks like Rachel's happy about it...but I think she loves Nigel regardless of how much hair there is on his head.

His hair is brown. You can see a wee'bit in FOUNTAIN when Sector V are taking time to grow back into kids from being babies. ^.^
The "beard" is five-a-clock shadow, and so was his bald head, which is sometimes black when shaved.
