So... Grumpy chibis, It's been a while. I've had about 18 of these sketched and lined for months without getting around to finishing them and now Uni is getting closer I thought I'd finish off a few since I won't be able to do as much art.

It's been a while Since I've drawn my foxpond or puddlox babies so here is the grumpy chibi for Neptune's little companion, Moxie. Compared to the original first drawing of Moxie, my style has developed so well!
