Thank you I've learned how to use the ink pen tool rather than the line/curve tool, and obviously it's given me better results. And about my art, I think this is an example of a realistic and anime hybrid because of its dramatic shading. I don't think I could go full realism or full anime cause I'm not too good at either, so I think I'll stick with this

Well I'm glad you found your style. I'm starting to drift away from the traditional manga style, too. I'm heading more into the 3D anime category.
