Description
I tried...was thinking of making pixel adopts or like, make pixels for my auctions "if bid goes over x pnts/money..." sort of thing
but I don't know, maybe when I get better at it I guess, or if people are interested idk...
anyway, he's an adopt I got from *Kiwi-adopts /=Pajuxi and =Pie-Tie itty paw collab here <33
I haven't named him yet cuz I'm so bad at naming my ocs OTL, if you have any name suggestions feel free to share. ;v;

Agreed on the three frame thing. I tend to use 100ms for fast things, like open eye to 100ms of half, 100ms of closed, 100ms of half, and back. For something slower, like floating, I usually try 300ms, and if that's too slow, 200ms.
The pixel itself looks amazing though *o*

I can send you a list of the frames I use for blinking if you want to try that out ^^ like [link] or if you wanna try some other easy ones, walking and moving a tail are pretty simple too and only take three images also ^^ like [link] or [link]

sent ^^ most simple animations can be broken down into three frames going back and forth, so if you play around with the framerate, you'll start to get the hang of it ^^ For bigger pixels, you'll need more frames between for large movements though.

The animation is really fast... @_@
But the art itself is very nice! Especially the eyes and hair *-*
One thing I might suggest, though, is if you antialias more(especially on, like, the bottom of the mouth) so you don't need to use sooo many colors. (Not that lots of colors is a bad thing, of course!)

(But might I suggest using a three-frame animation with one frame inbetween the two you have now? If you have 2 frames for up, 1 frame for middle, 2 for down, and 1 more for middle, that would probably be smoother.)
And hey, don't worry too much about the colors, it can take a bit to get used to pixelstuff. It looks kinda like you approached this like normal digital art, but that's a totally legitimate pixeling style, too!
But one exercise I'm probably making up right now is to make the outline and fill each area with the lightest shade you'll use, then shade it with a darker shade, and touch things up veeerryyy slightly with a shade in the middle. 16~32 colors tends to be a good amount for a full picture, depending on what it is.
But now I'm just babbling. I dunno what I'm talking about, so go ahead and find your style! ^-^;
