The light on the left sholred seems to not follow the line where sholder goes on to become sholder blade; eyebrow needs to be a bit lower, as the rest of the face is drawn as if you are looking a bit down on it; the thumb which is further away is somehow much thinker then the one which is closer. You might want to mirror it in order to see what else you can spot.
Really like the hair like tho.
