The upwards 3/4 of mainly the face area, doesn't look upwards. It still looks like a normal 3/4s view.

D:.
Don't worry. Ill help the best as I can. The best way for an upward view is to represent guidelines as curvy lines. Lets refer back to a round object called the sphere. For the frontal view you would usually put the guidelines dead center the horizonntal and vertical lines, but as you move those over they get more curvier. Its because in a sense your cutting the sphere which when you cut it, its a circle. Its the same thing with the head. For the up view you need to move your eye guide line up but very curvy as well as the mouth. For the three fourth's view upwards, you should move the guide line up like the normal upper view, but move the vertical guideline to any direction and more curvy. Some things should be a bit closer too because of that perspective.
The chin can also represent a triangle. Pointing it upwards means your looking underneath the chin, and downwards you looking in front. Its the same with the nose .
Its something I learn from redpencilimage, which is called overlapping, using circle.
I know, perspective is not my kind friend either D:. Its hard to do a full body worms eye view, and bird's eye view. But, you should practice and practice again. You will learn eventually.
