nice to see some digital painting that looks a little like traditional painting. if you get my drift and that doesn;t sound too stupid. i think the atmosphere of this could have been improved by working on the glowing smoke emanating from the cube, if it worked out to the edges of the piece instead of stopping not far from it, just personal preference though. lovely stuff

Your probably right about the smoke... I felt like it was lacking, but I couldn't put my finger on it.

Actually it didn't fall apart into chunks, I had a cheap one and the stickers that marked colors came off.
So the whole this was black all the way around, easiest puzzle ever!!lol

My brother had a 4x4 that the squares came off of, and in the center is this mysterious black ball that keeps it all together.

Colors blend well together, nothing really is overly powering another thing. To me the hands look good, maybe a bit more shading on them to show how they are bent? I love how you cannot see the person's face. Makes you wonder who it is; at least it makes me wonder. XD Faved. <33

Ah I think I see what your talking about.
I struggled with that hand, the pink and ring finger are a little stiff and unrefined. Result of me trying to match up with the left hand.

The hands seem a bit big, in relation to the face, but I guess they're held closer to the front so they would anyhow... the shading on them looks very nice. 
Still, I like this a lot, and it's overall a very solid piece. :]

I recognize the cube, but I believe the hands are accurate, they should be as big as the face, or enough to engulf the face.

And hands...I'm not so much of an expert in hands, but I tried making the hand poses in the picture and it was really uncomfortable. Or maybe my hands are just not flexible

The hands are supposed to be a little bigger, since he's a guy. I don't know it that affects your opinion or not.
