He's one of the four Apocalyptic Horsemen and he brings disease after War and Famine. idk I saw the gas mask and the white hair and that's what I thought it was.

wow! this is SOOO amazing! i really like it! th ered fish is so cute! and the blue eye is so vivid! great colors! i also like the tattoo. its done verry well. the dul,led out colors against the vibrant ones gives a great effect.i love the creepy feel of this! it just makes you think...and then i see the sakura flowers and smile at its whimsey in such a dark-ish drasing.
