Description
This little fella let me get within a meter of him as I shot photos. He was a patient little model and he was a friendly little guy. As I was finished shooting, I might have turned to abruptly, cause he was gone.I was told that this is an aligator lizard, I am no herpentologist so please correct me if I'm wrong.
As I was shooting this, =SofiaERamirez was shooting photos of me sneaking up on the little fella.

It looks like a normal blue belly lizard aka a western fence lizard to me. Alligator lizards have a longer body and a much longer tail, well unless they dropped their tail but itβs easy to tell if they did.
