WELL. There's not much for me to critique really. The anatomy looks good and the animation is JUST PLAIN AMAZING.
How the tail swishes in just looks amazing. I love that fluffy little tail.
But. When the cycle get to the yellow frame it looks a little jumpy, but I think its because of the color not the actual frame. Hope that made sense. *facedesk*
Stella I suck a critiquing bro. Sorry this isn't the best help, but I just can't find anything you need to improve on really.
Unless your going for realism. Then study that anatomy man. Like the face is a bit cartoon looking. But you get the point.

And what will it do if you try to add a new frame in photoshop?

It says that I have to either reduce the file size or the number of layers. I tried reducing the file size but that didn't work >:c

What version of Photoshop are you using? (CS3 etc)
Cause I did all of my pervious animations on Photoshop CS3 at around 1000x1000 pixel box and they turned out fine, including one that was 35+ frames.

That might be your problem then, try looking up "PS Element 9 animation problem" that might help.

Aww well I'm sorry : / I'll ask my Commercial arts teacher and see if he has any advice (when I get back to school).
Maybe try saving this one as a GIF then copy the last frame past it into a new document and finish it in the other and then mash them together in Iaza.com or Jasc? That's all I can really can think of.
