I chose this image and entry to showcase the very real emotions it takes to make peace with myself through the many trials of having multiple mental illnesses stemming from childhood abuse. I am a beautiful albeit broken person now. I probably will always be.. and that’s okay. I am a beautiful broken person that dances and sings and loves with all her heart most days but cries and feels every wound others. It’s time to make peace and stop letting it hold me back.
