Brief biography: Yuma was born into a family of four, consisting of her, her older brother, and their parents. They lived in a quiet little village. One day Yuma's parents were killed during a raid that went on in their village when Yuma was eight. Yuma, having a strange power within her, was able to fight off the bandits who attempted to kill her and her older brother, Shoji (who was able to help with a power similar to Yuma's, but not quite as strong). She then went on to have a killing spree and murdered the rest of the bandits before they could kill anymore of the villagers. When she and her brother were done they fell unconscious and later awoke to find that they were in the back of a big truck. The villagers, though glad that the two had defeated the bandits, were afraid of their power and decided to send them off to their old aunt and uncle, who studied magic. Shoji and Yuma, having no other choice, were made to be tested and confined by their aunt and uncle until the two children were confirmed to not be a threat to the public.

Personality: A bit cynical, sarcastic and blunt. She will not beat around the bush, unless she is with a client who seems likely to faint or panic over the future or her estimations. She is stubborn and will not stand for any bullshit. If anything is faked, she will usually get onto the person who is lying and faking and berate them before fixing it herself. You can easily make her laugh though, by using her own type of dry and sarcastic humor
Brief biography: She born into a middle class family in California, and at the age of seven, her mother was killed by a robber who broke into their house when her mother had stayed home sick with the flu and Blanche and her father went out. Her skull had been brutally smashed in with a heavy glass figurine. Coming home to the sight of her mother killed made her father send her to live with her aunt Violette Marron and her great aunt Rose Marron. Her style was heavily influenced by her aunt, who was steampunk, but also by her natural love for the color white and her wish for her clothing to match her hair, at least in color if nothing else. At the age of fifteen, when visiting her father and after picking him up, a car slammed into hers and the impact put her father in the hospital for a few weeks, and the crash had made him blind. She took online classes while helping her father and learning Braille. Her great-aunt, Rose, soon developed Alzheimer's and soon became incapable of supporting herself. After Rose was put into a nursing home, Violette took her father off of Blanche's hands and Blanche attended a community college, majoring in math and stats. Eventually she obtained the job after out-doing her opponents in a test job. She moved into an apartment, sharing rent with another girl, a blonde named Jaune Rouge. Jaune's optimistic attitude affected how Blanche would act most of the time. The two became fast friends and had been roommates since the age of 21. While they do not cancel the other's demons out, they do eliminate a good portion of the other's demons, therefore making them nearly soul mates.
Favorites: The color white. Clocks. Math. Computers. She likes to read fantasy books at times when her job allows. She loves her job, due to her blunt nature being quite good for it.
Abilities: Blanche can usually be very accurate in her determinations of probabilities in her job as an actuary. She can go about 37 hours without sleep and then crash for a good 7 hours. Due to her aunt's influence, she is quite talented with clocks and even a bit with hypnotism.
Weaknesses: She has an addiction to cigarettes, which her roommate will sometimes try to ween her off of, never successfully. Blanche will usually give into higher authorities, but due to her stubborn nature, she will sometimes argue with authority figures. She sometimes can't stop her own partial negativity from effecting her clients or coworkers, but her sporadic times of optimism makes her happiness and cheer infectious, but she is a bit prone from switching back and forth often and without warning.
Occupation: Actuary, a person who interprets statistics to determine probabilities of accidents, sickness, and death, and loss of property from theft and natural disasters.
Common quotes from them: "Well. That was nice." "You're most likely to die because you're a bit weak. But at least you have a pretty face, hm?" "You are a horrible person. And that has absolutely nothing to do with this meeting!"
Plans to use them for: I got a random bout of inspiration and wrote down the idea, of this universe where everyone has a literal 'demon' that embodies their demons. And by the end of their life, everyone has to find the person who balances out their own demon and they can do the same for the other. She would most likely be the main character, because I will be expanding on this in the near future, like around winter break.
Why you want them: I adore the appearance and I see potential in it. Basically, I like her. Hell, I love her.
Changes planning to make: The shoes and have the skirt go down to her knees in the front instead of just her upper thighs, most likely for appearance. And like most of my characters, I kinda will play around with her personality before I find something that fits the character. For example, it took me about a year to find the right personality for a character, and about 2 years to develop 6 different characters and their personalities. Also, if you notice, the first names of the characters mentions are all French words for colors. Violette is purple, Rose is pink, Blanche is white, Verde is green, Noir is black. All the females have the feminine versions of the color while the males have the masculine. Also, Blanche's last name White, if you translate her name, her full name is simply White White, which is actually quite fitting. xD Also the last name of her aunt, great aunt and her mother's maiden name is brown. Her roommate's name means Yellow Red, Jaune Rouge.
