I see a person traumatized emotionally and physically. A mix of anger, strife and sadness. People rarely realize the need and meaning of freedom unless placed in a situation where All forms of freedom are taken away. The girl in the picture is stripped of all forms, she knows what freedom is, yet will never have it.
when all is taken away and only solitude is left... one travels through all primal emotions (anger,sadness,happiness etc), in an attempt to find freedom. With that amount of bombardment from the primitive self, insanity is likely to ensue.

A beautifull dramatic piece.
It has a real sense of desperation with the words written in red. Almost as if they are blood. The different styles of writing could be adjusted to be all the same. This will make it seem more realistic, as if this girl is the ONLY one who wrote this.
Although, having said that, these different handwritings could symbolise schizophrenia, possibly, and that idea of different personalities.
This piece in general has a strange and depressing theme surrounding it, so I wouldn't be surprised if you could take it that way. It's such a loose subject that many interpretations could be drawn from this picture. This is brilliant in itself.
I also love the strange blue and white aura surrounding the person, it makes her seem otherworldly or like a ghost. This could support the idea of depression, the fact that she feels detached and alone among the real world. This also could be supported by the fact she is looking away from the window; not facing the outside world.

I like how this person isn't the thinnest of the thin, that she has bruises on her arms, and that you can't see her eyes. I like how the writing on the wall says HAHAHAHA at some places. I like it.

I really like your idea here. I'm no photographer, but I would have tried to make the red writing on the wall look a little more like blood streaks, since that's just what I thought the red symbolized. Still, a very interesting piece you've got here!

Now this might not be the commentary you seek, since I know nothing of photomanipulation and therefore find it difficult to judge a work of photomanipulation.
Either way; it's strong imagery for sure. ;D The font also works well for the writing on the walls, and the bruises etc. you've added do work well!
