Personality: Cloudburst is a very cocky pony, she loves racing, winning and challenging ponies, she shares Rainbow Dash's attitude about all of that. If she gets bored she might try and spark up an argument with another pony. However, she does share quite a bit of Fluttershy's kindness as well. She loves her friends and will always defend them and help them when she needs to. She represents the Element of Determination

Bio: About a year and a half of dating, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy decided they wanted a child, but wanted one that looked like them. With the help of Twilight Sparkle they did a lot of research, they went to Princess Celestia for help, who knew a spell that would impregnate a pony and if cast on both Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, the child would share their genes. She warned them that the spell was extremely risky, with it being extremely painful, and there was a chance that she might not get pregnant and the foal might be unhealthy, or even live. Princess Celestia and Princess Luna performed the spell on the two mares, and it worked. 11 months later, Cloudburst was born. Fluttershy panicked for days if she would be alright, but the only thing that seemed off was her one rainbow eye and a single blue feather. Rainbow Dash took her to Princess Cadence to check to see if she would be alright, and Princess Cadence confirmed that she would be, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy were ecstatic.

Cloudburst grew up as usual, she was easy to make friends but was also often bullied by other ponies for how she looked, she often managed to ignore them. One day, she met Stormrunner, a young colt who was getting teased. Cloudburst stood up for him and quickly became his only friend. Cloudburst also grew close to the other children born to the Elements of Harmony, as did Stormrunner. Cloudburst saw that Stormrunner was really sad one day, she didn't know what to do to cheer him friend up, because nothing she did seemed to work until she finally just sat down and talked to him, the ponies talked and Stormrunner said that he didn't feel right, he didn't feel like a colt. Cloudburst said: "Well, if you want, I can call you Stormy, and you won't be a boy to me! You'll be a girl!" That really cheered Stormy up and made her smile, Cloudburst went home and told her mothers about what happened, (leaving out the fact that Stormy wanted to be called a mare) and Fluttershy laughed: "You're like her silver lining." Then Rainbow Dash added: "More like a rainbow lining!" A few days later, she noticed that her mother, Fluttershy, was feeling sad after an animal of hers died. Cloudburst comforted her mother while Rainbow Dash worked, Cloudburst suceeded in cheering her mother up and her mother replied with: "You really are a rainbow lining to a gray cloud." Cloudburst realized that she would always be able to cheer her friends up and be there for them, and earned her Cutie Mark. When she got older, she wanted to look more like Rainbow Dash as well as Fluttershy, so with the help of Rarity she dyed colored stripes into her mane to match Rainbow Dash's

Cloudburst did continue to help her friends, she helped Stormy become the mare she always wanted to be (check Stormy's ref sheet for more info) and fought against Midas. Princess Celestia knows that Cloudburst has magic inside her, hence being born from magic, but nopony knows if it's powerful or just idle inside of her.
