Abilities: Dazzling Brook's abilities started off fairly simple, she could create water which would allow her to hydrate her village. However, with enhanced powers she could control water, creating waves and such. She could also pool water around herself and others like a bubble, but she is the only one able to breathe unless she chooses to let them breathe.
Residence: Dazzling Brook lives in a large gorge where she has free control over the rushing water there, water empowers her and she enjoy es the solitude.
Personality: Dazzling Brook was always closed off to those around her and very anti-social. She found other ponies, even the other seven to be irriating, especially Feral Grove. However, she admires Tempest and formally admired Brilliant Soul. She's very cut and dry and to the point, and will do whatever she's told just to get ponies to leave her alone.
