Description
A surreal vision of the end of the world.(FULL VIEW PLEASEl, THERE ARE LOTS OF DETAILS)
Find my illustration services on Fiverr:Β Β www.fiverr.com/fabiosanna
A man sitting on the edge of the world sees a swallow flying in the sky. The whole scene is a metaphore of the will to cross a border to reach other places, communicate with other people and live other experiences.
Enjoy and give me feedback please, it was a one week work.
photoshop (with tablet), no photo reference.
-Soon I'll post some particulars, the image in this size cannot render some details-

I'v eallways been into surreal works!
This one looks great!
If only it had a little darker atmosphere...

I love surrealism and metaphysic as well.. heheh I know about the dark atmosphere but I can tell you why it turned so bright.
1 I had to make a dream-like work with a very bright touch
2 I still had my old big monitor and everything was a lot darker...when it broke down 2 weeks ago I changed to a LCD...and everything is bright in my works now

I also hate fact that the colors look very different on the net. I have a calibrated display, but firefox just refuses to show the colors as it should.

Nice piece of art!
The first that came into my mind was: "What if you fall off this world? Where would you go then?"

I have some c&c.
The edge looks flat, like theres nothing under the earth, but at the very edge it does, like an upside down tray. Also, the edge should be dirt colored and darker, easy solution--lower contrast, darken, color .

This is goosebumpingly perfect, if there is such a word, which there isn't
The concept is powerful and the execution is beautiful.

There are really many details, in this pic. ^^ I'm really happy that you did this pic, because it makes me happy Now here in Finland, suppose to be winter, but no
Usually here is over -20 celsius but now is +5 celsius
I hope it would start to snow ^^ And the same time, i hope that it would be summer
It has to take really long to colour that grass!

over here in germany it was like so warm, i could sit in front of my open window with a t-shirt on, listening to mexican music sipping tequila in the sunshine... somethings pretty weird with the climate these days...

One thing, the bird seems a little too plump.
Other than that, I'd buy it if I had the money. Hang it up in my room so I can stare at it when I go to sleep.
