At the beginning I was not quite sure if I could draw it or not, i find it hard to take reference from pixeled characters, but you did a great job explaining all with all the reference images :3
Just a few things, you said she has the same hairstyle as that random chibi except for buns and color...
- Is her hair long and wavy like that chibi with two buns? (if not, what is the lenght of hair?)
- what colour is her hair and eyes? (the eyes look blue but I'm not quite sure for her hair on the pixeled character XD)
- as for the tattoo, is that a fried egg or a normal one? xD (it looks fried lol)

So firstly yes the hair is wavy and long like the chibi just the colour and two buns! The colour of the hair is very pastel pink and light blonde if it isnt clear! also the eyes are light blue ^-^
Also yes it is a bottle tattoo and fried egg

YES AAAA I was inspired by Melanie also it's very light blonde no orange tints and very pastel pink! If you don't mind please make the whole thing pastel coloured as I love light colours β€οΈ
