well, this is supposed to be my avatar, but i cant shrink it...well i can but it says its larger than 15 KB. I dont know how to make it less than 15 KB...a little help maybe?....the eyes kinda bother me.....Nevermind i got it! well, it looks really small......i might change it

You need photoshop in order to shrink it without affect the quality of the picture.
