How do you make wound like this look so real? O_O
I have tried for years to make beliveable wounds with face paint on the kids at the school were I work during halloween and it is always an epic fail.

So how much time would you say this took you? I want to say it probably took longer than I'm thinking it did, but I have no skill with paint so I wouldn't know.
