Everyone please say hello to the amazing and talented Zazu!
Starting from page 108 (start of the next scene), she will be helping me out on colouring and drawing new amazing backgrounds for AANH! Finally the environment of Nivaeica will get the attention it deserves
Her name is xZazu2002 on deviantArt and instagram, but she goes by Zazu. Go give her lots of attention and welcome her to the - uh - HCU? Hunters Comic Universe?

As a disclaimer, this picture is one of Zazu's earlier works that I kinda just 'hijacked' and added the Whitemanes into (I did ask permission!) Tried to draw them in the comic's style and fit them into the composition naturally - I think they look quite at home! I imagined this as a scene from before the events of the comic, when Novo was a tiny cub!

I'd also like to take the chance to thank everyone who applied for the background artist job! There were so many talented artists - it was a hard choice to make. I wish I could hire you all!
I'm very happy with the result in the end though - I couldn't hope for any better. I'm so happy to have someone helping me out, and am looking forward to work with Zazu in the time forward! I can now focus more on the part I love about comic-creation - telling the story! Most of all I'm hoping this will result in the comic pages coming out more frequently and reliably. Maybe I can even upgrade to 2 page uploads per week in not too long!

I'll be uploading page 100-107 in a batch I think - and sometime in may you can expect to see the first new pages with zazu's help. See you then!
