...I was struck by inspiration and made this animation just today...

a) I still think my old avatar looks nice, except the palette looks kinda basic, and my style has changed since I made it. I needed something new!
b) I'm thinking I should change my avatar more often, maybe about four times per year? I like it when channels on youtube change their icon/banner art monthly, so maybe I should try that on dA? Just a fun little thing that people can keep a look out for, and it keeps my channel interesting. Cons: My icon won't be as recognizable, which is why Pan will have to be very recognizable in the icon... Hopefully this kinda thing will squish out more Pan-animations, which in turn spreads the good word about this dumb drama-dork. It has it's good and bad sides! If it turns out to be a terrible idea I'll just stop, or think of a really good "final" avatar
c) Toon boom is an actual joy to animate in. Still haven't figured out shadows and highlights though lol

I don't know what more to say. I really need to upload more often on dA. I'm working on it!!

UPDATE: I have figured out the shadow-thing! I was using the wrong effect, I should have been using the tone-effect and not the shadow/highlight-effect. because that makes sense, toon boom. So intuituve. I bet there's a good reason for it though haha
