OK SO YEAH I LITERALLY HAVE NO EXCUSE TO BE UPLOADING THIS WHEN I HAVE TEN OTHER THINGS TO DO BUT!!
SOMETIMES THINGS JUST...HAPPEN....WHILE WORKING ON THE OTHER THINGS...LIKE WORKING ON OTHER ART TO PROCRASTINATE ART... so yeah have fun looking at my inability to decide a correct face shape for Tech and his twin.
Seriously I can't decide wether to give them squared or pointed chins but they've definitely both got long faces . . . at least I've decided they're not rounded.
I have this feeling I'm gonna opt for the pointed chin so this reference is already outdated lol. No worries tho

A REFERENCE!
Because I don't think I've posted a drawing of Tech in . . . well, if you don't count the miitopia version of him, then about . . . FOUR YEARS??? He made an appearance in a short story I wrote but uh, since I don't like that now, most of it is non-canon. >w>;

So some new and updated information about Tech:

Real name: Elliott Howell
Birthday: 29th June
Age: 20+
Height: 5'8"
Species: Humanoid, 'Virus', sporting rabbit lop-ears (yes,they aren't dog ears anymore)
Relatives: Neo , A Lost Father, An Estranged Mother
Personality:
-He is very cautious about most things, but when it comes to people, he is full of blind trust. While excited to make new friends, he is also rather shy and isn't sure what to say to them at first.
-He adores hugs/handshakes/physical affection, but is thoroughly embarrassed by it.
-Extremely dependable.
-A bit of a wimp. Intelligent but modest. A standard nerd.

As shown above, you can see that his right leg is robotic/cybernetic/a prosthetic. He lost it when [INFORMATION UNAVAILABLE: SPOILERS].

He also needs glasses to see properly, or in this case, a special visor. D:
(The no eye whites thing is just a stylistic choice, he would have them if he were, uh, real . . ? ? )

However, he can use both of his hands equally well!!

A slice of backstory that I CAN provide is that he was uploaded as AI inside a computer and became stuck there.
Pictured here, he is outside again, of course, SOMEHOW (travelling through and controlling computers is a power unique to his twin sister and himself) and as such the pattern on his shirt becomes blue.
(It is pink when he is inside- though I have addressed this before. A LOONG time ago.
I added this coloration to the corner image since it was just basically an...alternate everything.)

Anyway, I better get back to all the other stuff . . . owo;;
