Basically if you can't draw, and if the picture either is free to be used or you've been given permission to use it, you can use the picture to represent what a character you made looks like.
Literally,Β A faceclaim is the person that you want your character to look like.
They can be fictional or real people.

I swear to Akatosh!Β That if Alduin were to have a human form Β Β Β Β It would have to be this tall, muscular, especially BREADED nordic/elf!Β It sucks that he had to be evil...I would so want to bend his will and ride him.
Anyway back to how awesome how the artist is.Β I love how you created such power and determined is this version, really if I were to see this guy in real life. I would probably run before I can get killed or...enslaved *nose bleed* (Like that would what I would probably die of exhaustion working on some damn monument)
