Description Sleeping Timber wolf at Ochsner Zoo in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Actually she is a very shy wolf and this is the closest that I've come to her... she opened her eyes a fewl times and decided that I'm not much of a threat after all.

This is a really nice shot
However, I think it would look a bit better with a tighter crop on the bottom so that there's not quite so much snow between her and the frame. Currently there's about 2 inches and I think 1 would be better. Just my opinion, you don't have to act on it

Believe me that pretty much happens to each and every one of us at about your age. We start to find out that all of the concepts, structures, values, etc. that we had been fed... are basically pointless. That's OK... it's bringing with it the desire for something beyond those parameters!!! Down the road... after you play whatever roll you take on [career, wife, mother, nun, drug addict ...whatever]... you may enter into a similar pattern of experiencing the pointlessness of it all... but this time you can see that there is no solution here. Ask for help!!! The answer is already in you!!! It is something like the "Matrix". When I realize that I don't have the answer and that the answer can't be found by the pursuit of anything here... in that moment of honesty and desire for a solution... it is given!!!!! It is the experience of what you really are... unbound by your concepts!!! It is finding yourself in your totality and that includes everything and everyone that you had assumed was outside of you!!! So in your moments of despair try to think of it as being some ground breaking into finding yourself... as you really are!!!!

Shhhh... her name is Suzie and I think she was sound asleep because I took quite a few shots before she awakened. Normally she moves to the back of her pen when anyone comes... so I consider myself quite lucky to get a decent shot of her.
